Romel Bagares pages

Romel Regalado Bagares (Manila, Philippines) has communication and law degrees from the University of the Philippines, and an MA in social and political theory from the Free University of Amsterdam (cum laude). He had been teaching public international law for a decade now at the Lyceum Philippines University College of Law and has had extensive experience in advocacy and litigation on human rights issues in his native Philippines. 

He is working on a doctoral project on the application to international law of the Encyclopedia of the Science of Law developed by the Dutch Christian philosopher Herman Dooyeweerd.
